The FISA issued against him was entirely fraudulent on the grounds that Page has worked WITH/FOR the FBI and other alphabet agencies for many years. He was a known "asset" that they never even for a second suspected was trying to rig the election for Russia's benefit. No, I think the FISA courts are a ridiculous rubber stamp charade. Something like 99.7% of all warrants applied for are granted. It really makes you wonder what the .3% denied were trying to surveil.
My point is that under their rules, they already had enough evidence to renew the warrant for Page.
