He's shown the most parallels against Gappy and has the most reason to go after him. He may not be the highest ranked person or the strongest, but he qualifies for the main antagonist by definition.

Jotaro's quiet and can get rude easily, but he's also a guy who jokes around with his friends, smiles plenty, and actively plays around and teases his enemies.
If you want edgy JoJos, the only real candidates are Giorno and Johnny. Giorno spends most of the comic lying to and manipulating most of his teammates, never tries to get to know them (though he is genuinely fond of them and is horrified and saddened at their deaths) and makes it clear he'll kill anyone who stands in the way of his dream. Johnny is similar to Giorno but without delusions of grandeur, and his friendship for Gyro is stronger than his ambition.
If you want edgy characters in general it'd obviously be shit like J.Geil and Angelo.

If there any minor fight that you would change? Keeping the general premise of it but what would do if you could rewrite it?
I was talking about it with a friend about Blue Hawaii and how to maybe change the pacing of a little better, but I don't think you can do too much. I suppose Highway Star got annoying waiting weekly for it.
Hardmode: No "Add in Fugo betrayal" or straight up removing fights or moving it to a different part of the story.
DIavolo Must Die mode: None because upon rolling over this spoiler, you've crushed a very tiny pixel Diavolo with giant letters.
Personally: I'd like to do a do-over of TH/TC. Maybe allow Talking Heads to jump between the Escort Squad to force them to have difference ractions and interactions with each other. I'd be a good way of bonding and having to work the fight out as a team instead of Giorno pulling a Giorno on it. It'd also make TH a little less of a very precise stand. Considering Bruno talks to Pesci about protecting his friends in the turtle, It'd real moment for testing their trust in each other.
It'd also be a better way of revealing Bruno's zombie state.
Black Sabbath is one of most loved stands, at least design wise. It's still years later never moved out of my top 3 .
