Honestly, it cannot be discerned but we can guess it says "Holo" based on our knowledge of the series.

Each of the letters is formed incorrectly and none of them are transitioned appropriately for this to be actual cursive. An actual cursive "H" has 3 strokes, would lead into the "o" at the midpoint, the "o" would exit at the midpoint, into the bottom of the l, that would then form the next o from the bottom part of the arc, rather than leading in at the top.

Instead, these letters are actually constructed more similar to hiragana. They are all wrong and are not even using western script as their basis.
