Feels fucking good m8. I have gone from barely being able to do a single pushup to being able to perform 10 pushups, with slight difficulty towards the final reps. I am discovering more veins in my arms, and my muscles have generally become more pronounced in my upper body. I am still carrying more body fat than I'd like, but at the moment I'm focusing on building muscle mass, which is what I really need.

As for my conscience, I feel much better with myself for buying high-quality, organic, ethical foods from local businesses, because I am not only improving my body, but I am helping my local community by helping these smaller businesses stay afloat. I will go out of my way to avoid buying food from such places as McDonald's, or big supermarkets that sell meat that is not assured to be ethically sourced and of good quality.

As I wrote before, I am struggling with NoFap, but fapping is like a drug and it will therefore take time to shake the addiction. I have quit the more degenerate forms of pornography, but I still fall to lewd pictures occasionally. I take supplements and colder showers to boost testosterone.

I have become a much better person within 5 months, and I would not be where I am currently without these kinds of threads. My forearms are still too weak. I bought pullup bar and its little bit better Im doing 10 pull-ups easy but still cant get more than 25ish pushups.

I used to hold grudges and be a very angry person. I changed it thru forgiveness and will power. I specifically took a few minutes to reflect on each person I was upset with and forgive them (wether it was deserved or undeserved). That immediately changed my mindset afterwards. Besides that when you feel yourself getting angry about something you just need to stop yourself for a second and decide if this anger is worth it, is what happened really such a grievous offence for being mad. If it isn’t, drop it. Keep in mind anger is not a bad emotion, it’s neutral, sometimes being angry is right and deserved. Hope this helped in some way for you, it took a few months to change my thinking and a few years for it to really take a huge affect on me.

To get strong your basic workouts should revolve around barbells. Deadlifts, squats(front or back), presses(bench, overhead or even dips) and pulls(rows/chins/pullups)

Isolation work should only be done if you got left over time. Better to teach your arm to row something heavy than to obsess over bicep curls.

I do 2h workouts most of the time and even 3-4h workouts if I got the time. Without gear. Dont be a faggot.
