Is this the wrong place? I'm above average IQ but I feel incredibly dumb as my upbringing stunted any real intellectual growth. Bullied at school, silenced by single mother, limited through intruding siblings.
The thing is, during all this time I had the opportunity to use a library to study and chose poorly. Right now I want to learn about real history, psychology (freud, jung), societial strategies (marxism, socialism, communism etc...) and art.
Guys, where to I even start with all this? I'm 28 and I feel like I'm too old to even begin but while I comprehend so much of what's going on around us, my lack of information means I cannot make any fluid statement or argument against the rare intelligent radical leftists.
