I suspected the shooter was probably getting the old MK-Ultra type treatment but this pretty much seals the deal for me. Apparently "Demon voices" were telling him to do the shooting and how to do it. For those of you that arn't aware, the intelligence agencies have had voice-to-skull technology since sometime in the 1970s IIRC. Not only that but some other anons noticed yesterday that the shooter's youtube account was subscribed to a bunch of those shady finger family youtube channels.
