Tsuyu-user, right? Don't worry about taking too long, I'm just glad you found time to finish it. He's a cutie. I love his little smile, and I like when he's looking right at the viewer, it feels more personal. Especially since you can see the one eye through his glasses, I always liked that.
Also, nice symmetry on the face. I don't usually draw him facing forward because I hate dealing with that.
