1) focused more on the Michael/Trevor dynamic (I would have cut Franklin and the entire 'hood aspect from the game)
2) made Los Santos the focus of the map, not the Pacific highway and mountains. I don't know if the city even needs to be larger - maybe slightly - but it definitely needs more interactive features and interiors.
3) less focus on - or removal of - GTA Online to achieve this
Next game should be set in a modern day Southern Florida and Vice City so well see what they do.
