There are actually more sub-3 star Assassin's then any other Servants, with 5.
Berserkers have 4 (It'll be five eventually, but for now it's 4)
Casters 3, Riders and Lancers 2, Archers 1, and Sabers don't have any "Common" Servants.
Which is kind of annoying for early game because Bronze Servants are mainly used A) Early game to fill out Class Triangle and B) Lategame when advanced players use them for their specific niches.
Lack of Bronze Sabers makes things really annoying if you're not lucky enough for your gacha rolls to give you as Saber.

I do wish we got a Bronze Saber, it's just that Bronzes in general are so fucking rare that we only got at most 2 of them since release. I say "at most" because Angry Manjew is basically a 2* but in FP gacha you have to dump 5-6-7 digits of FP to get him. The other one is Paul Bunyan who is just a limited welfare Servant so you have to dump Quartz to get her which isn't as plentiful for F2P players as FP can be. She also isn't as good as Arash and can't clear hands.
