They had resource officers literally at the school. As usual, they did nothing. A gym coach, a 14 year old Junior ROTC cadet, a teacher, and a janitor had to step in to protect the public. As usual, the police failed to prevent it, even though their was ample warning, and waited to storm the building after it was already too late.
