We need more delinquent anime

We need more delinquent anime

I agree. Crows was good.

They need fashion sense

Delinquent culture has been dying in Japan for years now, and because of that delinquent manga and anime are also dying. We might get one every now and then for nostalgia's sake but that's it.

Delinquents have just been replaced by gyarus, it's the same principle so there's no much difference.

>Delinquent culture has been dying in Japan for years now, and because of that delinquent manga and anime are also dying. We might get one every now and then for nostalgia's sake but that's it.

>YFW Banchous will be extinct

Gyaru style is disgusting compared to sukeban. The both of them might be delinquents, but the difference is huge.

Aoi was hands down best girl

Yes, especially with delinquent girls

...

Why is this allowed?

I still don't get this series. I tried to get into so many times.

>yfw best Seibaface was in a completely different series

I see

who is this bae?

Did Aoi like the MC or did I imagiine that?

She did. She quit her gang because of it.

There's no hip current delinquents to replace them?

Rokudou no Onna tachi?

Delinquent fashion is great m8. They need to bring back Bosozoku jackets.

I forced myself to read the whole thing, it wasn't that good regardess of how you looked at it (as a gag manga, delinquent manga or a battle shounen). Some of the gags were alright though.

Also related, a group has picked up Rokudenashi Blues so hopefully we get some more of that.

good taste right here.

Delinquents in the traditional sense have been dwindling since the 80s and delinquent manga hasn't been really popular since the 90s. We probably won't see characters like this any more at all in a few years. There may be some youth subculture which has replaced it but it won't be the same.

This anime will never get a proper conclusion and it makes me mad forever

I'd say read the manga but it isn't that good and it ended without much being resolved.

Same as the anime, whats the deal, this series is like a part of my hs days, it's sad

I heard the manga was better. I watched half of the first season. I tried to like it see what the fuss was about but I guess it wasn't for me. Thanks, user.

I'm surprised it got 60 episodes, I didn't think it would be that popular. My memory of the manga is a bit hazy but I don't the arcs after what the anime covered were that much better.

Her crush on Oga kinda gets resolved in the short epilogue series.

>anime never
it hurts

Hareluya II Boy is probably a better example of a manga which combines being a battle shounen with delinquents and gags, but it has the least focus on gags for sure (and there's a few arcs which are pretty mad considering it was a WSJ series). I can think of a few examples of delinquent battle shounen and delinqueut gag manga but none that combine the three. Although having said this Bad Boys currently combines the three but based on the looks of the later chapters it won't stay that way. Kyou Kara Ore Wa is the best example by far though but H2B is much more standard battle shounen like. I'm still surprised by how popular it managed to be despite being pretty generic overall (and the one before last arc being fucking terrible)

omg I love Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun

Kongou Banchou anime when

We got a Sakigake Otokojuku anime already, that will have to do.

Does she get the D or just move on?

Cromartie Part 2 when?

Fucking love this manga so much.
I stopped reading it 3 years ago to let it build up, i'm not even sure if it ended or not.
Time to read from the beginning

Even the Cromartie anime tells you to read the manga instead. It's a shame the 4 kings were only in it for a bit because they are pretty funny.

It's a shame that none of Takahashi Hiroshi's work never got animated. I guess live action would do

Because it's not sexual.

Did any of it get animated apart from the Crows OVAs? The Crows Zero movies were alright but I just can't be convinced that the actors they had were delinquents because they were all effiminate looking skinny manlets, it doesn't help that he draws everyone looking 10 years older than they are already.

They could probably do a live action adaptation of Clover since the artist draws more younger looking people, and Crows and Clover may as well be the same thing half the time. There's been a lot of Clover chapters out recently as well which is nice.

This was the best damn manga ever until it turned to shit towards the end.

Nope. Just that OVA and nothing else.
Totally agree about the movies; to add, the fights just don't feel as good as they would be if they were animated (by a good studio)

>Clover
is the mangaka for Clover a previous assistant to Takahashi? for a minute i thought that it was part of the crows universe.

Not gonna happen. Japan has a shit taste and Shonen seried are dying out because shool-age kids are all beta-cuck NuMales.

Not sure if he's an assitant or just inspired by it. Clover is good on it's own to be fair, I've read 34 volumes of it and it hasn't got boring yet. Even good stuff like KKOW had some boring arcs but everything in Clover is at least average to good and none of the arcs drag on that long.

He's a pretty good artist as well. I think Hiroshi Takahashi is a great artist as well but his style won't appeal to everyone and he got worse while he was doing Worst compared to Crows.

I'll wait forever.

Thanks user. I might read it later. I've been wanting to read an old WSJ series.

I'd recommend Rokudenashi Blues for an older and better WSJ but H2B is at least completely scanlated.

The yankees of today are just lazy kids who listen to hip-hop and ride bikes

I would settle for more lewd mafuyus

>tfw you went in expecting reverse harem romcom
I didn't expect a full-blown delinquent manga that's for sure

The Crows Zero manga is really good, and it's done by the same guy who did Clover too, I think. The Suzuran vs Housen arc is amazing.

We're barely getting gal stuff. It's a few years to early to get delinquents.

I want tall, athletic delinquent girls to be the norm.

Gal came and past in older shoujo series. Same with delinquents.

It's good it's completely scanned. I've been left hanging a decent amount. Thanks again user.

did real delinquents even exist on nipland?

...

Yes, but the bancho type most seen in manga and anime were only really a thing in the 60s and 70s.

>ywn be a delinquent on the 60s

There's enough relatively left that people are still aware of them., I think?

The girls are stylish too.

>no spinoff about Hilda and Aoi battling in Hell while Oga continues to not give a single fuck about waifus

They've mostly been replaced by yanki who ride bikes, slack off, and wear big overcoats

You're a retard if you really think the appeal of sukebans is the same as gyaru's.

Rokudou no Onna-tachi anime when

this shit right here is GOLD

I can't decide who's the main character.

Definitely front row, far left

no thats the rival, the dude on the right is the mc, behind the mc is the calm and intelligent one and next to him is the weak best friend

Aoi was such a great character. She was funny, she was badass, she was extremely competent but she still had a maternal side to her. The funny part is that all of that also applies to Hilda. More shonen authors should take notes on how to make good female characters in the battle genre.

I agree, although I would add that a character like Aoi ended up being wasted in the series she was in.

What the fuck is Delinquent

Get better and English, then come back.
