Trump to Introduce Landmark Gun "Control" Bill

OK, Sup Forums,
We're getting the full court press from Soros' teenage Jews from the school shooting. We all know this. These shooting, on the other hand, are becoming more requent. Yes, we should arm at least the teachers that take a carry conceal class and want to protect themselves. Outlawing drugs didn't fix the drug problem, so outlawing guns isn't going to fix that problem either.

Plus, the shootings only happen where guns are banned (fact).

Let's say The Trump Administration will introduce landmark gun "control" measures including a competency class, mental health eval by a qualified instructor/test administrator, and a 2 week waiting period for weapons of a set Semi-Automatic/High Caliber or higher.

In exchange, we'll get Federal Voter ID registration to be completed before midterms, and an ID card that is MANDATORY to show at the polls. Drivers Licenses will no longer count as valid ID at the polls ONLY.

How does Sup Forums react?

impeach

Your rights haven't been infringed, though.

"papers please, comrade. no your other papers."
he'd lose his base and we'd instantly call for impeachment. voter registration is a state issue and the only problem right now is people refusing to allow picture IDs because they'd stop shaniquah from voting for herself and her 10 dead relatives

Remember who our enemy is

The elite are all about transcendence and living forever and the secrets of the universe and they want to know all this, some are good some are bad some are a mix; but the good ones don't ever want to organize, the bad ones tend to want to organize because they lust after power. Powerful consciousnesses don't want to dominate other people, they want to empower them so they don't tend to get together until things are really late in the game, then they come together and evil is always defeated. Because good is so much stronger. And we're on this planet and Einstein's physics showed it, Max Planck's physics showed it- there's at least twelve dimensions. And now that's all the top scientists and billionaires are coming out and saying it's a false hologram, it is artificial, the computers are scanning it and finding tension points where it's artificially projected and gravity is bleeding in to this universe. That's what they call dark matter. So we're like a thought or a dream that's a wisp in a computer program, some God's mind, whatever. They're proving it all, it's all coming out.

This vidya explains it . The vengeful Gestalt..

Redpill warning

youtu.be/tMqOppuuJng

my right to be secure in my persons against unreasonable search and seizure would be infringed if forced to take a mental health exam for a lawfully and constitutionally legal product

I don't disagree, but California got out ahead of this issue with issuance of drivers licenses for illegals that they can bring to the polls. What are you going to do about that?

The only government body that is capable of calling bullshit on falsified SSN is the federal government.

>requiring identification to vote towards what ultimately shapes the future of our country is bad
>literal voter fraud is no big deal and not worth handing an id over for
whatever they’re paying you, kike, you’re not worth

if california decided to not tie their drivers licenses w/ citizenship then their residents should need to bring legal proof of citizenship to the polls w/ the picture ID i.e. birth certificate.

>unreasonable search and seizure
You agree to an examination when you get your drivers license. You agree to an examination for college entrance. You agree to an examination when you apply for a job that requires physical fitness, or a mental "test" (if you will) for certain IT jobs.

The guns you may want aren't unavailable to you. You just have to prove you can handle the responsibility with a simple exam. You would "trade" that for Federalized Voter IDs?

>how does Sup Forums react?
Not surprised. Only the the_donald fags will be crying and accepting it like the bitches they are. The sane ones will realize that jews are behind it all and willtake the final redpill.

>jew forcing everyone in the united states to pay the government for a US passport just to be able to vote

oy vey

all federal gun laws are unconstitutional

California wants illegals voting, though. That's the problem. Federalize it, and the problem goes away.

>get a mental health database of every citizen
>now the federal government has a profile of undesirables
>commies take over
see you in the gulag

remove federal funding for all federal (including social security and medicare) programs in california for failing to comply with federal laws regarding immigration and drugs. it'll fix itself in a week.

You honestly don't think this is how gun registration works now? When they run the fast background check at firearm purchase, you are on a list then.

>what’s a birth certificate
>goys paying even a single dime isn’t worth removing millions of illegal votes from commiefornia!
you’ve been found out you slimey kike shill, just go

yeah they run me to see if i ever was arrestetd or convicted of a crime. that's public info. not a problem.

i’d really like to know why we haven’t done a fucking thing to california for their treason. it’s pissing me off

>birth certificates have pictures

sessions has no balls

picture identification plus birth certificate or similar to match name, dob, etc

Yes they have

US passport is all in one and if the federal government mandates an ID for voting outside of drivers licenses it'll be the US passport.

Government decides to classify anyone wanting a gun as
>mentally unstable

>apply for a firearm
>sorry sir you can't have one because you're mentally unstable and mentally unstable people aren't allowed to have guns.

no it’d be a series of papers needed from two different groups that prove citizenship, just like every other government program you cuck. just like hazmat endorsements, tsa prepass, twic cards, initial licensing, etc

i can prove legal ability to work and get a drivers license w/ just an unexpired US passport. people usually use two proofs of ID due to not having one.

Trump's already fallen prey to the swamp, when he gets the 10 million migrants in, they will all vote blue. He has ruined America, even though he is the best timeline.

None of those other things are constitutional rights.

>Let's say The Trump Administration will

Let's say you aren't a faggot

The kikes and commies have two weeks to get a bill through. Its not going to happen.

fuck off kike

So basically....a lot of the shit they already do?

Niggers can't into 135$ to vote. The Jew would lose his mind if you trampled on his favorite golem like that.

white liberals think that nigs are too stupid to go to the DMV and get a license or ID card to vote.

OP. Remember that gun control has in the past used incredibly convoluted stunts to get shit passed. For example the current full auto ban was done by changing the tax stamp rule to prevent new stamps from being issued.

I absolutely guarantee that this would be used to push for a full ban. For example not letting anyone take the mental health check, and restricting it to LEOs only.

This isn't tinfoil, this is EXACTLY the shit that they did to block DC residents from CCWs, by not certifying any instructors to administer safety exams.

Didn't think of that just thought of them reclassifying what was considered 'mentally unstable'

Also op is an obv kike anyway

Would I get double digits twice in a row if I was wrong?

much better trade than amnesty for wall. why did he double it from 900k in the first place? he didnt get anything for it.

oh my fuck

See what'd I tell you

I would jump at that desu

I already go through a back ground check to buy firearms in my home state of PA.

I can fucking private sell long guns or private buy long guns.

Its illegal if I am a FELLON to DO SO....i'm breaking the fucking law.
If I am breaking the fucking LAW - then NO FUCKING LAWS ARE GOING TO STOP ME!

This has all fucking been said before. Why do you keep making threads on this when you know the fucking outcome.

Oh your a retard.
yep
lefties usually are retarded.

kek is with this one.

And by the way, fucking with "mentally unstable" is something that's already been done. Expanded to people who have never been tested or diagnosed with anything at all.

He knew they wouldn’t take the deal and it just made the liberals look even worse

How so?

Another shitty barging thread. Really you invaders are so predictable.

ANY measure to control access to weapons will eventually be used by the government to control us. (((They))) are the ones performing the mental health eval and the mental health profession was dead once they started accepting trannys. They've already defined things like believing in any conspiracy theories, holding strong Christian beliefs, and simply being a veteran as possible signs of mental health problems. It will be no problem for them to restrict gun access to only the most authoritarian of people.

Yes they have because mental health is subjective. It's fake, junk science that never fixed a single problem

Not a kike, actually.

>but the good ones don't ever want to organize
The secrets of the universe are pretty incredible. Words will probably never do justice the hidden truths of the world. And therein lies the beauty of it all. For any who seek it out, which few ever really do, there are defense mechanisms which they must overcome. For those who aren't ready there will be a level of truth which they will find as agreeable and they will climb atop that mountain and never consider that there could be more. Those who push on to seek that which is unknown will find themselves confronted by a metaphorical test of character. If they are evil shitheads at heart they will be able to see where the truth heads but they will misinterpret it. Whereas the good and just at heart will be able to attain a much more elevated perspective. Why? Because in order to attain that elevated perspective you have to be able to do the one thing that an evil man can not, humble thyself. The only way to the truth is the path of light. And the only way to continue along the path of light unto the dawn of the unknown, one must admit to themself that they truly know nothing. But these fuckers can not do that, they have subscribed to evil and therefor will always assume that they have it all figured out.

For any who have figured out, or will, where the path leads, the realization of just how fucking wrong they are is pure comedy at its finest.

>we are like a thought or a dream
It's more than that. It's truly ineffable.

>12 dimensions
thats misleading. There are a great many dimensions, but they all exist here. They aren't "some other place" but more levels of perspective which we can not readily see.

Some people call it the great mirror, some call it kaliyuga, some call it revelation. We transitioned through the abyss and have emerged in the beginning of a new age. For thousands of years the kikes thought they had it figured out, they never once stopped to consider that they dont.

I don't think you're seeing how this works. You openly show that measures are in place to fix a problem (mental fucktards with weapons). In return, you get federalized voter ID to keep the illegals out of our electorate process.

Of course everyone knows that you can buy guns illegally. Just like drugs. Outlawing the drugs or the guns doesn't work. Making it impossible for someone on 4 different SSRI medications should be common fucking sense, though.

Once you realize how many lefties will never be able to guy a gun legally, this is a win win win.

>picrelated is what ammerysharts actually believe
Meanwhile in reality both france, germany , russia and the uk had banned both slave-ownership and the trading of slaves since decades and repeatedly signed multiple international treaties such as the 1841 antislavery quintuple pact.

>tfw only arabs and amerrysharts still practiced and defended slavery in 1861
>tfw even arabs werent even retarded enough to kill themselves in droves in the process of addressing the problem
Congrats burgers, you're only slighly less retarded than arabs and only slightly more humane than them

California is the most obvious example. Guns can be ordered confiscated by a judge on mental health grounds, with no medical diagnosis required

Or if you have a conservatorship that signs checks for you. Obama put that rule in for elderly people on SSI to automatically fail NCIS checks. No diagnosis required.

>Making it impossible for someone on 4 different SSRI medications should be common fucking sense, though.

Involuntary commitment is already an NCIS check fail.

How do you propose this mental health check be protected from some future Hughes Amendment bullshit?

The VA tried that shit with me because they found out my wife is usually the one transferring the funds to pay bills.

>Like I got time for that

I had magazines stacked all over the fucking place until I got them to back off.

>Guns can be ordered confiscated by a judge on mental health grounds, with no medical diagnosis required
That's the very definition of Judicial Overreach. I'm not talking about empowering La Raza members with executive branch powers, though.

All I'm saying is if you want to purchase an AR-15, you should have to prove you are qualified to possess one with a reasonable amount of responsibility. In exchange, we get only valid citizenry at the voting polls.

I think this is a win win. Obviously it's worth discussing because this thread has been pretty successful in generating at least a decent conversation.

First of all, you have prove that gun control laws work in other countries, so why couldn't it work in the US? Second, shootings only happen where guns are banned? But shootings happen more frequently where guns are not banned, FACT!

Keep in mind that getting rid of guns doesn't get rid of violence. Just makes it harder for law abiding citizens to obtain weaponry.

March for our lives is a Soros money play.

Why not? I'd rather not have a bunch of xenophobic, mentally-illed, and violent extremists who would shoot anything that moves as target practice get their hands on guns

"A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined..."
- George Washington, First Annual Address, to both House of Congress, January 8, 1790

"No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms."
- Thomas Jefferson, Virginia Constitution, Draft 1, 1776

"I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery."
- Thomas Jefferson, letter to James Madison, January 30, 1787

"What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms."
- Thomas Jefferson, letter to James Madison, December 20, 1787

"The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."
- Thomas Jefferson, Commonplace Book (quoting 18th century criminologist Cesare Beccaria), 1774-1776

"A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." - Thomas Jefferson, letter to Peter Carr, August 19, 1785

"The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed."
- Thomas Jefferson, letter to to John Cartwright, 5 June 1824

"On every occasion [of Constitutional interpretation] let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying [to force] what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, [instead let us] conform to the probable one in which it was passed."
- Thomas Jefferson, letter to William Johnson, 12 June 1823

"I enclose you a list of the killed, wounded, and captives of the enemy from the commencement of hostilities at Lexington in April, 1775, until November, 1777, since which there has been no event of any consequence ... I think that upon the whole it has been about one half the number lost by them, in some instances more, but in others less. This difference is ascribed to our superiority in taking aim when we fire; every soldier in our army having been intimate with his gun from his infancy."
- Thomas Jefferson, letter to Giovanni Fabbroni, June 8, 1778

“They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
- Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759

"To disarm the people...[i]s the most effectual way to enslave them."
- George Mason, referencing advice given to the British Parliament by Pennsylvania governor Sir William Keith, The Debates in the Several State Conventions on the Adooption of the Federal Constitution, June 14, 1788

"I ask who are the militia? They consist now of the whole people, except a few public officers."
- George Mason, Address to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 4, 1788

"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed, as they are in almost every country in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops."
- Noah Webster, An Examination of the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution, October 10, 1787

"Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of."
- James Madison, Federalist No. 46, January 29, 1788

"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country."
- James Madison, I Annals of Congress 434, June 8, 1789

"...the ultimate authority, wherever the derivative may be found, resides in the people alone..."
- James Madison, Federalist No. 46, January 29, 1788

"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves."
- William Pitt (the Younger), Speech in the House of Commons, November 18, 1783

“A militia when properly formed are in fact the people themselves…and include, according to the past and general usuage of the states, all men capable of bearing arms… "To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them."
- Richard Henry Lee, Federal Farmer No. 18, January 25, 1788

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined.... The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun."
- Patrick Henry, Speech to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 5, 1778

"This may be considered as the true palladium of liberty.... The right of self defense is the first law of nature: in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Wherever standing armies are kept up, and the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction."
- St. George Tucker, Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England, 1803

"The supposed quietude of a good man allures the ruffian; while on the other hand, arms, like law, discourage and keep the invader and the plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property. The balance ofpower is the scale of peace. The same balance would be preserved were all the world destitute of arms, for all would be alike; but since some will not, others dare not lay them aside. And while a single nation refuses to lay them down, it is proper that all should keep them up. Horrid mischief would ensue were one-half the world deprived of the use of them; for while avarice and ambition have a place in the heart of man, the weak will become a prey to the strong. The history of every age and nation establishes these truths, and facts need but little arguments when they prove themselves."
- Thomas Paine, "Thoughts on Defensive War" in Pennsylvania Magazine, July 1775

"The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms."
- Samuel Adams, Massachusetts Ratifying Convention, 1788

"The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."
- Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States, 1833

"What, Sir, is the use of a militia? It is to prevent the establishment of a standing army, the bane of liberty .... Whenever Governments mean to invade the rights and liberties of the people, they always attempt to destroy the militia, in order to raise an army upon their ruins."
- Rep. Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts, I Annals of Congress 750, August 17, 1789

"If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual state. In a single state, if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair."
- Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 28

"[I]f circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens. This appears to me the only substitute that can be devised for a standing army, and the best possible security against it, if it should exist."
- Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 28, January 10, 1788

"As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private arms."
- Tench Coxe, Philadelphia Federal Gazette, June 18, 1789

Sup Forums turned authoritarian long before the God Emperor made his intent and presence known

At a point, close before m00ts cuckening most of us realized we simply couldn't fight such reckless faggotry while remaining true to our original ideals, the will to be free and independent.

We as many other generations ranked in the eternal struggle against marxism, satanism and kikes, have realized we need a certain level of societal control to be able to establish a point of cultural serenity where we can again function.

It's called National Socialism, and it's not an answer, solution or even sane.

It's a desperate last ditch effort to not succumb entirely by incredibly sanguine International Plutocratic Bureaucracies.

That is why we wear the banner proudly
>newfags call us memeflags

ancaps are just a bad experience from getting redpilled
