Nasu > Urobuchi

Nasu > Urobuchi

Complex psychology and character development > Archetypal bitch and empty platitudes ("wrong every time"? That is just a disgusting act of faith.)

Prove me wrong Urocucks.

The fact that Urobuchi used Nasu's framework to make something better than anything Nasu has written is all that needs to be said.

>Complex psychology and character development

Why are the movie tickets so big?

Go big or go home.

okay but

why is king arthur a girl?

zero isn't even better than the original vn and especially not extra ccc

Its a badge of shame, just in case some pseudo normalcool thought he could slip into the theater and nobody would have a clue as to what he was watching

Japan is okay with you being a freak, but chances are they WILL isolate and expose you

delicious neetbux

...

lol no

>a hack vs an edgelord

>lol no
Go back to facebook.

I'm no art major, but King Arthur being a cute girl so that the reader insert can imagine fucking her VS a horrible nightmare flesh abomination from the stars being a cute girl as part of a story about seduction and how your values can be warped if your senses are warped...

it seems like the second one is a less corny ass hack move

Urobuchi's best work is Thunderbolt Fantasy.
I like Nasu a lot, but he hasn't made anything as concise and satisfying as that.

Not an argument Nasufag

Fate / type moon was dead as fuck before Zero, Urobuchi is the only reason that it got popular again.
Nasu is a bad writer and he got lucky that urobuchi written fate zero.

Zero>>>UBW>Fate>HF>>>>ataraxia

Nasu can be good when he doesn't give a fuck about pandering to the fanbase and writes whatever he wants (ex. Kara no Kyoukai). He goes full retard when doing waifupandering for easy bucks (ex. the entirety of the Fate franchise).

Urobuchi is literally suffering porn. Just because he likes to make anime girls cry doesn't mean he's deep or complex.

While Fate/Zero was indeed better than StayNight, is not much of an accomplishment either, considering StayNight depends on otaku pandering and waifus to even be noticed.

Also, Fate/Zero it's just an excuse to shit on Saber, Urobuchi admitted this.

>Fate / type moon was dead as fuck before Zero,
Say what?

>Fate/ type moon was dead as fuck before zero
No, it fucking wasn't.
>waifus
>implying zero isn't otaku/fujo pandering
Fucking Zerofag retards. I hate all of you.

Thunderbolt Fantasy is way too derivative of other stuff in the same genre.

The Phantom of Inferno VN is by far his best story.

These people literally think Fate was on 2hu levels of fame before Zero came around, wow.

I recently started playing F/SN and I hate everything about Prisma and I have no idea why it even exists.

>implying zero isn't otaku/fujo pandering
Never did. Just not in the same degree as StayNight or any other Fate that came after it. I mean, sex for mana transfer wasn't a thing in Zero.

Because you're an edgelord that doesn't understand that type moon has always taken the piss occasionally.

Fate and TM was always big.
Grand Order is what caused it to reach"2hu levels of fame" in Japan not Zero.
>I mean, sex for mana transfer wasn't a thing in Zero
Maybe because that got retconned in Realta Nua? And mana transfering through sex actually made sense and they at least put some thought put into it. Sex magic is an actual thing.

>And mana transfering through sex actually made sense and they at least put some thought put into it. Sex magic is an actual thing.
While you're completely right, it's undeniable that it was put as fanservice and waifu pandering, and as Realta Nua showed, the story could go entirely without it and still make sense.

To add to my point, most of Zero's main cast were old married men with families, unlike StayNight were nearly all main characters were teenage girls. I know this has an explanation in-story, but it doesn't deny the main reason is for pandering.

And anyways, just because Zero topped StayNight in certain aspects doesn't mean it's a masterpiece, neither makes Urobuchi a genius writer just because he did a different spin to a pre-existing series. Nasu can be a good writer, but he's just too busy pandering to fans for easy bucks, which hinders most of his works.

>not liking pedobait means you're an edgelord

You only hate Prisma because you haven't watched the movie yet.

Prisma is good, fag.
The only Fate deserving of that much hate is Apocrypha and GO.

Convince me why it's good, because lewd Illya isn't convincing me at all.

Artoria is still more true to the original legend than anything else in the last 2 decades about King Arthur's story

Both are good writers their careers and friendship is fascinating to me.

Both wanted to be novelists but failed so they tried the eroge route, both were inspired by Gainax's success, both started around 2000, and even wrote a supernatural vampire story in the span of the same year as well without even meeting each other.

Their styles couldn't be more different, Nasu just enjoys entertaining people and can't ignore someone tampering with his works, he has to be there to nurture his work. This passion shows in his characters, since they tend to be very likable.

Urobuchi enjoys the challenge of creation, if he's not pushing himself and not risking failure he doesn't attempt to do it.
To go from writing eroge and Equilibruim/warhammer fanfiction to where he is now, takes a lot of talent.

Anyone with half a brain knows Nasu is the better writing. For starters he has never written something so abysmally terrible as Gargantia. Gargantia was a legit 3/10.
