気のせい is an extremely common phrase and not knowing it reveals a total lack of basic Japanese knowledge.
I haven't checked every page carefully since I don't read this series (at least yet) but I did notice another issue. The OP says "Then shutting tight." Where does the "then" come from? And 締める would be much better translated as "constricting" rather than "shutting" given the context is a sound effect for the tape constricting her panties.

Even though reading this manga raw or translating it would be a stretch for me (involving lots of dictionary usage) I can recognize an extremely common phrase.
If a translator doesn't know such a common toddler level phrase then they are not qualified to translate anything. If there's anything worse than no translations it's bad translations.
