It's quite easy to tell they have a social media team increasing their follower numbers via the help of twitteraudit so those fake accounts following them appear legit. It's the same thing William Legate has done in the past using "bots". In 5 days David went from 25k to 200k+ followers and Emma went from 45k to 452k+ followers.
