I unironically liked the beginning. The scenario was like a zombie flick and seemed like it could become a character heavy thriller. I was still hopeful when the main character got "eaten" as I was sure they decided to ditch the somewhat boring mc for shock value, which would have been a really ballsy twist. But the rest is history. What a fucking shitshow, why did it become so popular in the first place?
