My man I'm sure you're making this thread with good intentions, and these threads usually generate some good quality discussion, but this is low effort.

I struggled with cutting for many years, since starting lifting when I was 16. I always a big eater and that helped me make some good gains.

But only have I been losing enough fat towards that golden 10%. It's working.

I follow a slow carb diet, like in the Tim Ferriss book, shit works bros. All protein g2g, cut out fruit, potatoes, rice, pasta, bread and all "white carbs". 10/10 going to be a greek god by summer.

fuck off with starting strength, find a decent push/pull workout and stick to it at least 3 weeks so it becomes a routine in your day to day scheduling. Also, whey isolate, creatine, ZMA and sardines should be the only staples to your diet. Don't overload on supplements, they're mostly BS and will cause you to literally piss away your hard earned money.
