I work on the Heinz food processing plant in Tijuana and I do understand what happened to your product.
There is indeed a translation mistake on the packaging instructions that leads to the product melting.
We have received multiple complaints but the management plans to relocate the product assembly to the Heinz plant in Toledo Ohio, so we will not receive a new package with updated instructions anytime soon.
