You need to switch up your routine. Try some 5/3/1 work. If you stall on 5x5 increases, then add in some work in the 1-3 range.

I changed from Push/Pull 4x/week to Fullbody 3x/week so I could bench more often and I've stopped getting doms, so it works.
I don't like translations, I like mango with english words

There's no way you can do squat, bench, deadlift and OHP on the same day multiple times a week and get meaningful work in without gear.
