That was most likely something that happened AFTER she came into existence, like Blitz. Nowhere he wanted revenge against his creators, he just became vengeful after knowing what happened.

Yes. And using her free will she got by existing she can use any ability that is accepted for her character, but she doesn't need to do everything that is accepted at all (which is impossible in the first place, since every creator had their vision with their own degree of incompatibility with the rest in the first place). And she is doing just that. She is alive even if she probably died in some fanfictions, she has power even if she lost her powers in some fanfictions, she is mad even if she is happy in some fanfictions. Even if many incompatible stories are accepted at the same time, she can only be one, so she will keep choosing the ones that suits her best, which is what she explained this episode, she is truly free unlike the other creations.

I'm stopping here since I'm wasting my time and you don't want to be convinced anyway.

The fact is, those abilities are part of her. She can chose not to use them if they're nothing passive, but she can't chose not to have them.
