Also holy shit was that some forced drama. Why the hell would you be depressed after meeting your hero? It was totally out of character, at least for Akagi An. Captain's vietnam flashbacks were really good though. How can you get one archetype so well, but miss so hard on another one?

I did think it was a bit too much this time because they usually play it off as part of a joke, but it wasn't exactly out of character. This isn't the first time she feels down after realizing her limitations and half of Muramura-chan's dynamic with her is all about getting mad at her for that very reason.
