Get a bunch of people together and petition the US State department to acknowledge the lack of Free Speech in your country. If they acknowledge the lack of free speech then a number of automatic sanctions will kick in. If the petition is large enough to gain media traction, then public pressure on both sides of the pond will require some kind of response or acknowledgement from your government. I know it seems like a long shot, but a few hundred thousand signatories should be sufficient. Even better, you could target the whole EU and not just the UK to widen the area to draw signatures from, as well as opening it to the US by framing the wording correctly to include US citizens, "Should the United States State Department acknowledge the EU as lacking free speech?" or something similar. Find a website that will enable persons in all of these areas to easily sign the petition and require some kind of check to verify the signatories, an address or phone number, for example.
