99% of the time, just refraining from prolonged exposure to the content. This method is applicable to most things, whether it be unwanted mental images, fetishistic lust, or even physical addictions. Largely, our attractions are based in what we surround ourselves and interact with. I personally believe that there is certainly a base factor that swings people to certain inclinations, though.
Simply put, in my opinion:
1. You have a base inclination to find traps/feministic men attractive.
2. This inclination is progressed through your active consumption of trap material, whether passively or actively.
