The leftists don't necessarily use "propaganda" but mass influence to drag people into their political hub to mostly grab power and push their political beliefs and perspectives instead of focusing on the overall good of the country (i.e. feelings vs. logic)

One thing to note is that there is no single outlet that produces the majority of so-called Leftist propaganda. A lot of it varies from opinion articles being carelessly cited as news, inaccurately reported articles with no constesting their accuracy, and spliced video clips designed to spread a direct message (look at this child covered in dust sitting an ambulance; OPEN BORDERS NOW).
That deadly combination of those types of information being distributed across the internet through carriers who clearly have an agenda to carry out (Democrats Now want left-leaning policies) have created an atmosphere where language is carefully examined to see if you hold the right opinion. If you do not hold the right opinion, you can be held accountable as being unredeemable unless you plead for an apology.
It's all part of a sick game our society is playing of who can claim to be the most virtuous, the most loving, and most intelligent without having to provide any proof (which is why all the information that is passed on is conveniently cut up to land an emotional punch for a particular call to action, which is easily digested in headlines or 30 second clips).
Some outlets are more overt in their agenda and often use "love and hope" as a motivation in order to shield themselves from any wrongdoing (I can punch a person because I called him a Nazi, and I love X people).
Pay attention to the actual sources news outlets use, the vague language that is written (may, can, could, might, possibly, and especially "ties" are all red flags), and look to see if you can find the entire footage of a 30 second clip that is used to evoke some kind of emotional response.
You'll see pretty quickly that various groups are all pushing to a greater or lesser extent a social agenda that aims to put them on top of things.
The laziness in the writing, the emotional demands of video clips, and the silencing of any dissent with no open debate should be signals that you are seeing propaganda.

Biased focus is their main weapon since it allows them to be mostly truthful while promoting their agenda. At the same time, they either play down, or more oftenly, completely ignore facts and events that undermine their narrative.
That's why you hear constantly of petty things like minority feelings getting hurt in the West but you don't hear about immensively destructive non-white criminality against natives in the West or Israeli Jews mistreating their own "illegal infiltrators" and much less about badly behaving Sjws such as the case of the violent feminist mob that attacked men who formed a defensive wall around a church in Argentina.
