i remember when i was a teen, i was basically anorexic and really into dieting and according to every accurate source ever carbs, especially bread, crackers etc. will make you gain weight. why are vegetables at the bottom

Jesus fucking christ. I still can't believe we were ignorant enough at one point to suggest this diet. The carbs found in grains are basically like eating sugar. A very balanced rectangle of foods would have been more appropriate and the calories would be similar.
