According to stupid ass religious people like that guy, Russians who have not gone through circumcision are considered "goyim", and our chosen people should not marry and have kids with people like that because it causes assimilation of the Jewish people.

Only religious people do, but they discriminate against anyone who isnt a religious-freak like they are. They have slightly more respect for regular Jewish people because muh chosen ones but they're still assholes to mostly everyone else but their communities.
