Watching Haruhi, first few episodes present a really cool story

>Watching Haruhi, first few episodes present a really cool story
>Rest of the show is terrible SoL garbage with 0 substance
Dropped

Nice blog.

nu/a/ great content per usual

Where you trying to be ironic with that image?

Wait till you get to endl- oh wait nevermind.

diagnosis: shit taste

> expecting anime to deliver a plot

watch it in broadcast order, retard

That just has shitty SoL garbage in the middle of the story episodes. Why would anyone want that.

>He didn't notice the subtle character development and the way each story is intertwined
Brainlets don't deserve to watch Haruhi

>>Rest of the show
>Dropped

okay

The SoL episodes build up the big events, works fine.

>not realizing most of the substance is in the SoL episodes and not in the SF stuff
Dumbass

They are both important.

>endless eight
Was it autism?

Your loss. The show is alright. The movie, on the other hand, is incredible and absolutely requires you to watch the show first.

>S3 or more movies never ever

>tfw no movie where Nagato disappears and Kyon tells everything to Haruhi

>we'll never see sick Nagato animated

Leave my girlfriends show alone!

>tfw we have to conform with the inferior "syndrome" episode being animated

Your girlfriend is a Rei.

I just want my spooky mansion animated man.

No you're just a faggot

Series: 7/10 with only watching the first and last episode of endless eight
Movie: 10/10

>with only watching the first and last episode of endless eight
You fucked up by not watching one of the middle.

Can we all agree that chibi series were all great laugh?

yasu is the culprit

>we will never see the ship teases in the mansion animated

>we will never see fake mikuru naked

Yes

haruhi-chan > disappearance > haruhi s2 >>> haruhi s1 > disappearance of nagato >>>>>>> chuuryuya

The problem's entirely on you. You just don't get the point of the show or what's happening.

There is nothing to get, it's a shallow slice of life with few moments of brilliance through the sci-fi scenes.

It's the other way around. In terms of sci-fi, there's not much to go on in the show and movie besides the time travel stuff and even then, that's basic. The novels probably expand more on this. Meanwhile, the slice of life episodes often have small but important character development, character growth, or emotional pay-offs.

I want /r/anime to leave.

Disappearance > Haruhi-Chan > Churuya-San > season 1 > season 2 > > > > > Nagato-San

>show is part SoL
>complains about SoL
why are you even watching it then?

Disappearance > S1 > S2 > Nagato-chan
Who the fuck watched Churuya and Haruhi-chan?

>he didn't watch them
Look at what you did, you've made Mikuru cry.

Serves that manipulative bitch right.
