Can somebody PLEASE point out where in the Second Amendment does the right to "a well-regulated militia" translate to the right to "let inbred Trump-loving hillbillies own 30 AR-15s to compensate for small anatomy"?

Well regulated at the time meant well maintained. That prefatory clause just means the people have to be well armed. Therefore, well regulated militia isn't some zinger that lets you ban anything you want.

The regulation of the militia is that they are armed so that they can fight. That is the point of a militia. It is armed citizenry that is prepared to fight. That is the definition of militia.
No guns = no militia
Government organization = no militia
no people = no militia
regulations keeping people from having guns = no militia
Regulation doesn't mean restriction. It means functioning well. The original laws pertaining to the militia was the Militia Act of 1792. It didn't restrict firearms. It rather made it an obligation for battle aged men to own the basic equipment of the contemporary soldier.
