Do as the Eastern Orthodox and Protestants do, and get those clergymen married, if they are willing. The Roman Catholic tradition of mandatory celibacy for their priests (most of them, as Eastern Rite Catholics are apparently allowed to marry) has no biblical basis. When a scandal like this comes up, it is time to change that man-made tradition. The flesh is weak for many people; allow them to marry if they want to, so that they may satisfy their desires, lawfully, according to God.
