Interesting, Im sure there is some truth in that. It's the interesting thing about Putin and Trump. Trump during his first 6 months in office was so relaxed with Russia because they are basically the same party. But Putin has experience and knows the drill where as trump is so new he can be taken advantage of schemes like these.
