Depends. AGE has a lot of really annoying shit in it and doesn't even come close to utilizing its ideas their full potential.
G Reco is just very obtuse and difficult to follow due to trying to cram in about 50 episodes worth of story into half that.
Still, if you love Gundam give them a watch.
