The question is about the payment of the NDA. If Trump's lawyer is telling the truth and generously paid her out of his own pocket than there's nothing here. If the shell company he created was actually financed by trump (which is of course what happened) then trump broke the law by not labeling this as a campaign expense, which is a felony.
