Should I hate myself for being fat? I do have shame, I dont eat around friends or family but I really hate who I've become eating so much and becoming fat

No don’t be shamed. Do what you want. It’s your life. Just know there are consequences to it such as an early death, trouble doing simple activities, Doctor bills later on. Just don’t force others to accept you nor pay for you. You’re not gonna lose fat until you find a reason for yourself.

This is so odd, I've noticed it. fat people at work always eat the least during food breaks. I assume they eat 10 meals in the evening, which is super unhealthy an well, fattening. Kind of a vicious cycle

I was once fat (obese) - I lost 4 stone (25%) and now much happier and will likely to live until I am at least 70-80 year old instead of a heart attack at 40-50.

Download my fitness pal or something similar and try logging what you eat for a week, just to get an idea. If you're eating 3000 calories on average you will continue to gain weight over time, 3000 calories a day would be maintenance for someone at or over 300 pounds, assuming little to no physical activity.

Step one. STOP EATING SUGAR. Refined sugar is jewish, and is fucking up your metabolism. Our bodies are not evolved to consume it. Eat fresh fruit for natural sugar. Read food labels and identify sugar. It will take you about two keeps to kick the Sugar Jew out the door, but once he's on the curb don't let him back in.

Step two. CUT YOUR CARBS. You can get by on ~50g of carbs a day. A bit of bread in the morning or at lunch is fine. But a big bowl of pasta or rice in the evening is not. Cut your carbs down big time.

Step Three. Green leafy vegetables are your friend. Eat lots of them. Make them the main part of your diet. Spinach, kale, green beans, brussel sprouts, broccoli. Green is good for you.

Step Four. Walk about an hour a day. You don't need to train to run the next Boston Marathon. Just go for a brisk walk every day for about an hour. You'll burn 400+ calories just by walking an hour.

Make some simple changes, and watch the flab melt off and stay off.

I have gained and lost 50 pounds at least three times over the last decade. Unless you have some sort of medical condition, you have no excuse to be fat. It’s just laziness. Is a lot easier to be skinny than fat. Get your shit together.

you just need to switch from carbs to fats, you will not feel so hungry. seriously stop eating carbs for breakfast and stop drinking soda. eat bacon and eggs for breakfast. eat all the fat you want and as long as you avoid carbs you will lose weight. I would tell you to eat lots of greens and a variety of veggies too, but I know you probably are afraid of plants at this point

First you eat 40 grams of animal protien every AM when you get up. then of course you go outside into the AM Sunshine barefoot. Try the Master Fast System. It’s super cultish but if you just use the resources/system on and off it can really help. I really notice fasting helping me with sugar. I have a sweet tooth I need to keep under control. When I’m getting out of hand with the sweets I fast 3 days. It resets my system and for weeks after that too much sugar makes me sick.
