If I thought it would stop his behaviour, I would. When I heard about him trying to grass me in I didn't confront him, but I started being stricter with him and making him actually fulfil all his duties. We're in a technical industry and soyboy's product knowledge is top, but his social skills and personality are awful. Definitely on the spectrum. I don't think he actually realises what a little bitch he's being. I don't actually want the guy out of a job because he's not a bad guy, I'm just trying to understand what drives a man to behave this way.
