More or less, yes. Media is moved to outer perimeter and no-fly imposed. The suspect has access to TV and they don't want police positions compromised. Robot has been deployed for recon on 1st/2nd floor to search for traps due to explosives detected both on/opff scene. There has been no new information on cross chatter thus far. My guess is that they will attempt to breach once the robot finishes the sweeps and POA is determined..
