I live in Texas in a soon-to-be majority Mexican town. Mexicans here are the most ignorant fucking group of people I've ever met before in my entire life, they don't know shit about the outside world, other cultures, other religions, or even basic history and they're politically illiterate. They don't care about anything except soccer, looking for work, and having fifty kids.
For example, I was having a discussion with some Mexican friends of mine and I brought up Jews (not the Jewish Question, I was hiding my power level) and they LITERALLY did not know what Jews were. I tried to say "Judios", they didn't get it, I tried to say "Hebreos", they still didn't get it, then finally I said "You know, the tribe Jesus was from? The people from the Bible?" and then they SORT OF understood what I meant. That blew me away. They do not know what Jews are. And Muslims? Fucking forget it. They don't know, they don't care, they just know they're the people who blew up those big towers in New York a long time ago.
I remember another time, we were discussing where to go out to eat and the topic of sushi came up and someone (a white friend of our's) said that the sushi place was owned by Chinese people so it wasn't authentic and would probably taste like shit then the Mexicans asked what the problem was. We asked if they knew what country sushi was from and they said "Asia?". That's like not knowing pizza comes from Italy, if you're above the age of 10, how the fuck do you not know that?
Another time, someone was talking about driving to Alaska and some of the Mexicans wondered how that was possible when Alaska is an island. We thought they were confusing Alaska with Hawaii, but nope, they knew where Hawaii was, they just had gone their entire lives looking at maps like pic related and assumed Alaska was some island out in the Pacific.
Mexicans are nice enough people, I guess, but HOLY FUCKING SHIT are they ignorant.
