For animation, you can either just submit the individual frames or submit it as a gif/webm if you want to do the animation yourself. Any frame rate is pretty much fine, so long as it isn't above 24fps.
If you do want to do an animated section, then either ask me and I can give you the exact time length or just use the original video as reference.

Forgive me Sup Forums, for I have sinned. I've gone and drawn the Guru's completely deformed in the size and shape of Darth Vader and some storm troopers. The results are rather horrifying.
It's also rather embarrassing to think just how long it really took to make these.
Especially old man north-north. Vaders size was not kind to him at all.

Yeah, once most of the frames are completed I'll post the second half. The intro part I cut out since it's already long enough as it is. Adding another 1:30 of animation would make this a lot harder to finish.

I think the main reason is that Daicon just isn't that well known compared to Cromartie and especially Berserk.
