It has no directly elected EU president and the EU parliament members aren't voted into power on a district bases but mostly on state party lists. I want the EU parliament members to be voted into power on a first past the post district basis, e.g. 1 member for Cologne or 1 member for Luxembourg or 1 member for Wallonia etc.
This way we would actually have an EU parliament representing the EU citizens and an EU executive representing at least half of the EU nationals.
