31 here, i've had my "quarter life crisis" when I was 27. I was scrawny, weak, and cant stand up for myself. So i gymed hardcore, treated it like a religion, learned self discipline, now im taking up martial arts, i want to be strong, i dont want to have life shit on me anymore, at the least i want to be able to punch back. so yeah you can say that's quarter life crisis, but i didnt do anything self destructive, didnt blow a bunch of money that doesnt give me anything in return. instead, i channeled my energy to better myself, learn a thing or two. i think that's positive and everyone should have those "crisis" moments when they realize whatever they bring to the table just isnt enough, within reason of course.
but those who have those "crisis" moment, realize there's a hole, or emptiness inside, choose to fill it with substance, fill it with useless experiences, fill it with shit are gonna find themselves in a deeper hole than they were.
the key is to live a life with real meanings, real qualities, not something that you'll forget the next week or next month. do something worthawhile that has a lasting impression on yourself so that way you will know that your time's spent in a productive manner

I've been in and out of university ever since for nearly the past decade taking a class here and there trying to finish my degree, but what's the point? College does delay it, you’re right. But for all those out of college, the debt puts a big strain on what you can do in terms of “fun.” Either you live paycheck to paycheck or move back in at home and despise life/feel like a failure.
For those of us who decided not to go to college and instead learn trades, we realized that life’s a drag when it became apparent our careers and paths were decided so there’d be no more excitement in life (can confirm, I’ve been living Groundhog Day for the past 6 years I’ve been out of high school. over and over and over again)
