If you look at the numbers posted immediately after WW2, the estimate was around 250,000 Jews killed. By the time I was in high school around 2004, the number was 6.6 million. I just saw a Netflix documentary a few months ago that said 11.2 million Jews died in concentration camps.

So you are telling me that 16 facilities burned 11.2 million people in 5 years? Five hard years where fuel and man power was increasingly hard to find? That's 6,100 a day, or roughly 385 people a day in each camp, if they were working 24 hours a day. Assuming they worked 18 hours a day, that becomes 512 in each camp when you factor in time taken off. Once you factor in that not all of these camps were up and running by 1939, it becomes an even higher figure.
You are telling me that a beleaguered Germany was able to deal with 384+ dead bodies per camp per day? There would be mountains of ash, bones, evidence of some sort, yet we have little. They claim most Jews were killed in firing lines or by funeral pyre, and only a small percentage were burned in crematoriums. I have heard people say anything from they had special bone crushing machines, to they were used for fertilizer, or that they were simply mixed up with water and soaked into the ground. Some people point to the fact that Buchenwald had a mass grave with near 3500 bodies in it. Okay, so where are the other hundreds of thousands? If not millions?
I can't believe this shit as I get older, especially when you see how much the official numbers grow and grow over the years. Obviously they killed a ton of people, but these numbers are garbage.

I don't remember where I read this, but there was this guy that systematically went through the differences causes of deaths for jews in the holocaust (I.e. it wasn't just stastistical data, so he didn't count jews that just moved out of europe) and he got it to 5.2 million if I remember correctly.
