I think many teigu were confirmed destroyed long ago. The ones in the series were the majority of the ones that survived through the centuries, but nothing prevents that nation to have their own danger beast/rare metals based weapons. Pumpkin for example was pretty much pure engineering work, they just need their own geniuses and some materials.
