There are a couple solutions to the current problem of school shootings.
1) Arm QUALIFIED teachers. I'm okay with this.
2) Make the schools more secure. This includes a variety of different measures. Again, I support this.
I do have a third alternative. How about no more fucking schools? The public school system is bloated and inefficient anyway. Everything can be done online now. This would create a massive influx of tutors as the current high ratio teacher-student model would be destroyed instantly. Teachers would make more money and students would learn more directly, and at the end of the day you don't have 3000 kids all cramming into an easy target every single day. Banning guns isn't going to stop anything. Someone will just find away to bomb the schools, or sneak chemical weapons in. There's no going back now. The only true solution is to reformat the entire structure into a decentralized system.
How about you don't build your schools like a fucking prison? Maybe add a window here and there so when shit hits the fan you could just use a chair tho gtfo danger? Weird right?

How is it that public schools, built on public land, paid by tax payers, illegal to bring one? What the fuck. As crazy as it sounds everyone should bring one, it's public land. Now its only crazy now since we have shit heads in this country but back in the 80's apparently people brought them all the time for show and tell. So many people were armed. And if teachers are armed why can't the law abiding tax payer 18 year old there can't? That is why if teachers can be armed, all must be armed, because if that teacher goes crazy, our government let that student down to deny his rights of protection, but not denied the teachers right.
