Because who posts them? Responders can't post them. Every person in and out of that scene is documented, and every person who accesses computers which store the photos are logged. The only people who are in a position to take pics are the people who are more concerned with the fact they almost died and aren't worried about taking pictures. Plus almost everyone who responds is not going to risk their career to post a picture online, plus it potentially is illegal. Plus it's pretty hard to hide the fact you are taking a picture at a chaotic scene like that. Not to mention any legal ramifications to a court case should evidence be leaked to the public prior to a trial.
