If bleach gets another anime that finishes the series, what're the odds that the problems with the manga will be fixed?

No chance at all, it anything more problems will be added.

I could only see the anime returning if the live-action does well, but I don't think it will. Let it go user.

but there was so much potential

What problems are you referring to exactly?

Oda wont get a new manga since someone else is already making a fashion manga.

Pretty much zero, yeah.

What the fuck? Oda is One piece author, Bleach is by Kubo Tite

bleaches problems are not the kinds that can be solved by editing, or direction.

None because Bleach ended the way Kubo wanted.

During the SS arc yes

Literally everything has potential that useless buzzword means nothing. "It'd be good if you changed everything to be good hurr durr" yea no shit.

/thread.

He said in interviews it did not end the way he wanted, that he wanted to be done earlier but he kept writing after reading some tragic fan letters. I think the kid had cancer and said Bleach was the only thing he looked forward to, week to week.

His editor was also rushing him on deadlines. It wasn't what he wanted.

This doesn't mean it would ever come back, and even if it did on some .01% chance shenanigans it would end up being EVEN WORSE than it ended now.

>implying kubo wanted to end it

he wanted to introduce more characters to show new fashion styles, he had no intention to finish the story. The whole nazi invasion arc was just a huge clusterfuck he could not get out of then when jump pulled the trigger.

That's not the story, he was getting tired and wanted to end it early, but then he got the letter from the dying kid and decided to push through to complete the story the way he had envisioned since the start.

He decided to keep going but he makes it clear it was a hollow effort, more for those around him than for himself and more to put a capstone on it than to end it the way he wanted.

He specifically talks about pushing through, and how he kept going past when he knew he should have because he didn't want to disappoint his fans. Not because he was inspired or going to end things on his terms, but because he couldn't bear to quit he ended up just crawling to the finish line.

To be more clear, he wanted more time to develop a better idea because his existing plans were iffy and he knew it. He was pushed by deadlines and by fans to keep churning it out. He probably would have gone on hiatus longer but he decided to just make a half-assed push and put it out of its misery.

Tired not, he started getting ill often and he thought he can't continue Bleach like this, until he received that fan's letter:

>But his health started deteriorating in the 10th >year.

>His doctor told him it was just a cold. In the >past, he would get better in a day or so. But >this suddenly changed. He’d be bedridden for >a week. Whenever JUMP Magazine would >have a double issue [and therefore be on a >break the next week], he’d stay in bed the >entire week to rest. But after a while, that >stopped working too. Whenever he thought >he was better, he’d get a cold again. No >matter what he did. It was an endless cycle.

>He felt pathetic. He felt he was failing as a >mangaka. A mangaka is someone who >delivers a manga with a set quality within a >set time. So should he really continue the >series? Should he stop? But the story isn’t >finished yet. What should he do? How should >he end it? He thought about this every, every, >every single day.

>But then he got a letter. One letter. It had no >name or address on it.

>What are chances Gin will come back and one-shot all the villains?
Next to none.

>But his health started deteriorating in the 10th year.

>His doctor told him it was just a cold. In the past, he would get better in a day or so. But this suddenly changed. He’d be bedridden for a week. But the story isn’t finished yet. What should he do? How should he end it? He thought about this every, every, every single day.

>But then he got a letter. One letter. It had no name or address on it.

He fucked his left shoulder and had to have surgery a week or so after he ended Bleach, he was self destroying just to finish the story the way he wanted.
But I'll agree that it's clear that the final part, since the appearance of Ishiin and Ryuuken is concise and somehow coherent for the in-universe setting but pretty rushed.

>He felt he was failing as a mangaka. A mangaka is someone who delivers a manga with a set quality within a set time.
He admitted that the manga wasn't having quality at that time
