I go to the gym pretty frequently and have pretty alright lifts (bench 265, squat 320, DL 400), and I'm working on improving them, but I honestly do almost 0 cardio.

I need advice on cardio hobbies. I play badminton occasionally but thats really it, besides hikes. I was thinking about picking up rock-climbing cuz I did that a lot as a kid and as a freshman in college, but the only rock climbing gym around me in $75+ a month. My hikes arent that strenuous, just a backpack filled with some food and gear. And other than that, nothing.

Give me suggestions on some cardio hobbies I can try. Maybe some sports to get into. I'm semi-stronk but I am not very tall/athletic so off the bat things like basketball will not be good advice for me.

How do you get your cardio in, /siggers/??
