What will happen tomorrow in the cold light of day when I have to choose what to do? Last week on Sunday I walked around 5 miles past lots of landmarks and felt so much beta hopelessness.
At this point I don't think it really matters, the problem is that society as a whole just blithely accepts that one of the most destructive drugs available isn't worth exercising an ounce of care over. Even if we went back to strict licensing laws and opening times everyone would just stock up and drink around the clock anyway.
