So for some reason it is hard for Balkan people to realise that their societies are split in 2. One part are the scum, majority, they go to west and do shit jobs and become criminals, they bring bad image to homeland. Then you have normal people who get education in native home (free education) and then they go to west and become somewhat respected citizens. West loves this because they dont have to invest in education of those people, because they already were educated in homeland (medicine for example lasts 6-12 years each year 5000e so you get large sum of money balkan countries give away for free when their citizens go to west).
You might think that Albanians would never do something like this, but that is because you wouldnt do that and think that other Albaninas wouldnt do it. Balkans is 90% scum 10% normal humans and sadly you cant change that.
