It took Hamburg 10 years to complete the stupid Philharmonic building. Fucking retards. This project has been a clusterfuck from the beginning. One disaster after the next. Shortly thereafter they claimed the smoke handling system was defective and would prevent the airport from opening. What they did not report is that from these tests they found out they did not build the airport big enough, not enough seats, counter space, waiting areas. Now it is 2018 and the demand will have only increased, meanwhile they have computers that were installed in 2010. They will literally have to replace all the computer systems by the time the airport opens because the computers will be obsolete. Derp!

I've had to work with German Engineers on several projects and the work they produce leaves just as much to be desired as Engineers from any other country. They have the very same problems concerning time constraints and cost that any other country faces, this leads to mistakes.
