Hi, I am curious about the Dead Sea Scrolls. Islamic fundamentalists often claim that the scriptures of both the Old and New Testament were corrupted.

The Dead Sea Scrolls prove that this wording has been true for more than 2100 years. My question to you is, at what point do you believe the scriptures of the Christians were corrupted, and what proof do you have(other than the Quran said so) to back it up?

Dead Sea Scrolls are a jewish discovery, user, most likely fake like many related discoverers about true origin of the kingdom of Jerusalem and the true others of the Holy Land. It is the Qaran is the prophet's direct word.

The answer is generally that a great deal of time passed between the compilation of the bible and the time that the books, especially the New Testament, were supposedly written. And even if the original compilation by the seven Ecumenical Councils was faithful to the original word it has been endlessly translated and re-translated over time. The Quran as we know it today, on the other hand, was compiled by people who knew the prophet personally, and the original Arabic remains the canonical edition. Translations do exist but they are referred to only as 'interpretations' of the Arabic original, and the wording of those translations isn't used (or at least shouldn't be used) as the basis for theological arguments.
I am not sure if anyone cares, or if there is grounds to make way here, but some of the outwards, functional aspects are quite similar to Christianity. To the old type of christianity this is. Religions are nation builders/maintainers. Main difference between christianity and islam is polygamy tho.

Yea, the death penalty for leaving islam may be a bit too harsh. But you have to remember that this religion is less made with "you should remember this logic and apply it to your life as what it could do to others" and more as "dont do this or we keel you and you will have direct consequences", I hate to say it but for people who have 10 IQ points lower than the europeans, harder concepts like christianity do not work exactly well. Plus some of these concepts only can be attained later in life as adults. So in some ways this violent and direct approach is better. But it lacks the subtlety and shine of matured christianity (though some of the russian muslims may take their own matured approach towards islam)

The Qur'an states that it is a perfect book preserved on tablets in heaven (Surah 85:21-22). If the Qur'an is a perfect book from Allah, then there shouldn't be any contradictions in it. Of course, the Muslims will deny any contradictions exist in the Qur'an, but they do. Some of the contradictions below could be debated, but some of them are clearly contradictions.
A contradiction occurs when one statement on a subject excludes the possibility of another. The first one here is a good example. In Surah 19:67, it states that man was created out of nothing. In 15:26, man is created from clay. Since clay is something, we have a contradiction since "nothing" excludes the possibility of "clay." Both cannot be true.
