becouse konata the protagonist was voiced by the same seiyuu as haruhi , that's why they made jokes all the time about her.
She even said at one point she wanted to go to comiket just to talk with the seiyuu of haruhi (talk to herself basically)

Lucky Star was also in Ef, there is a neon sign of Konata in one of the shop windows on the first episode. Shirobako is also littered with loads of namedrops but they clearly change them.

Watching Season 3 right now and It's just as good as the first 2.
It's comfy, looks better and still had well written jokes.
It just has a little less ADHD and slapstick.
Also Kyoko tickles Sakurakos ass with her nose. 10/10
